Description

University Health System is seeking qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of its hospital campus(es) and associated facilities. The assessment aims to evaluate the physical condition of building systems, identify deferred maintenance, establish a Facility Condition Index (FCI), and develop 5-, 10-, and 20-year capital renewal plans. The selected vendor will support long-term capital planning and risk mitigation and integrate findings with the organization's CMMS and capital planning tools.
