Simon Fraser University (SFU) is seeking to establish a list of Qualified Mechanical Contractors for work at its campuses in Burnaby, Vancouver, and Surrey. The work includes capital projects, repairs, renewal, maintenance, emergency works, exterior and interior modifications, retrofits, and refurbishments. SFU intends to award work on an as-and-when basis using the prequalified vendor list to ensure fair opportunity and efficiency. The list will be valid for one year with options for extensions up to three years. SFU reserves the right to modify the process, including canceling or modifying the list of qualified contractors.
