Description

The Department of National Defence requires low size, weight, and power (SWaP) deployable Command Post (CP) kits to support high-readiness Command and Control (C2) operations for disaster response (HADR) and non-combatant evacuation operations (NEO). This procurement will enable the evaluation of integrated communication solutions to address current capability gaps and allow comparison with existing systems. KLAS hardware has been selected due to its unique compatibility with in-service radios. The equipment will support operational effectiveness, modernization, and enhanced cybersecurity under DND management. Proposers wishing to suggest equivalent products should review SSC’s Standard Instructions on “Evaluation Procedures for Proposed Equivalent Products” and submit all required Supply Chain Security Information.
