Description

The City of Watertown is soliciting sealed bids for the rehabilitation of the US Route 11 (Mill Street) bridge over the Black River Overflow. The project includes structural scarification, repair of deteriorated concrete, polymer concrete overlay of slabs, epoxy injection for cracks, sidewalk repairs, sealing concrete surfaces, curb removal and resetting, milling and resurfacing Mill Street, site clearing, and drainage and sanitary sewer improvements. This is a Federal Aid Project following NYSDOT Standard Specifications effective May 1, 2026. The project requires compliance with federal EEO clauses and prevailing wage rates, with a contract term of one year and completion expected within 120 days from the Notice to Proceed.
