The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) is seeking proposals from Construction Managers to provide preconstruction services during design, construction management, and construction implementation for the OPWDD Norwich Valley CIT renovation and new addition to the Admin building at 276 Chiarino Drive, Norwich, New York. The project uses a Construction Manager-Build (CM-Build) delivery method, involving the Construction Manager during design, procurement of trade contracts, and construction management without a Guaranteed Maximum Price prior to bidding. The project includes an approximately 11,800 square foot single-story addition with an elevator, basement renovations, site improvements such as additional parking and fire truck access, and mechanical, electrical, and security upgrades.
