Description

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada (OSFI), is soliciting offers for professional webcast production services. The services support virtual, hybrid, and in-person events for internal and external audiences and include webcast planning, coordination, registration support, technical testing, live streaming, audio/video production, simultaneous interpretation, accessibility services, post-event recordings, reporting, and final deliverables. The contract duration is 9 months starting July 1, 2026, with up to four additional one-year option periods. Security requirements apply, and the contract will be task authorization based until March 31, 2027.
