Description
This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for an on-call and as-needed service request-based multi-provider agreement to provide Title and Escrow services to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The services are for properties located in Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Monterey Counties. The agreement will accommodate future State highway facilities and requires contractors to be licensed title and escrow companies regulated by the California Department of Insurance.
