Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District is soliciting qualification-based proposals to provide a Design Build team for turnkey services including assessment, design, demolition, replacement, and installation of HVAC systems at Schertz, Sippel, and Wiederstein Elementary Schools. The existing HVAC systems are split DX units with hot water coil heating, assumed to be near end of useful life. A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for June 16, 2026, at Wiederstein Elementary School Cafeteria. The project value is approximately $9,200,000.00, and proposals are due by 2:00 PM on July 7, 2026.
