Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA), part of the University of Texas System, is seeking qualified vendors for a turnkey project to design, produce, and install commercial-grade vinyl wall wraps in the William R. Johnson Coliseum. - Government Buyer: - Stephen F. Austin State University - University of Texas System - University Athletics Department - Scope of Work: - Design, production, and installation of premium cast vinyl wraps on approximately 4,300 sq. ft. of interior upper concourse walls - Turnkey services including site measurement, graphic design collaboration, material production, surface preparation, installation, and cleanup - Material Requirements: - Premium cast vinyl suitable for indoor textured surfaces - Matte or satin overlaminate - High-tack removable adhesive - Class A fire rating (ASTM E84 compliant) - Design Approval: - All designs must be approved by SFA Athletics or University Marketing - Installation Scheduling: - Installation must be coordinated with SFA Athletics - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Contract Term: - Expected to start after award and be completed before October 1; possible future extensions negotiable

Stephen F. Austin State University is soliciting proposals for the design, production, and installation of high-quality, commercial-grade vinyl wall wraps on designated interior upper concourse walls of the William R. Johnson Coliseum. The project aims to enhance branding, elevate the fan experience, and modernize the arena's concourse aesthetics. The contract term is expected to start around July 2026 and be completed before October 1, 2026. The selected vendor will provide turnkey services including site measurement, graphic design collaboration, material production, surface preparation, installation, and cleanup.
