This opportunity seeks a contractor to design, fabricate, and install interpretive exhibits and panels for the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge (John Dingell Visitor Center). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), Region 3, Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge - FWS SAT Team 2, Falls Church VA - Products/Services Requested: - Permanent wall-mounted interpretive exhibit (1 unit) depicting 25 years of refuge transformation, community engagement, and conservation - Kiosk panels (1 unit, NSN 7540-01-152-8067) and optional outdoor-rated metal exhibit panels and banners for up to 9 kiosk locations - Consultation and design services, including concept development and iterative reviews - Fabrication of durable indoor and outdoor exhibit materials - Delivery and installation services, including all labor, tools, and coordination - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Exhibit content must include archival photos, text, and limited mounted elements - Outdoor panels and banners must be weather-resistant and suitable for public display - Installation must be completed by November 1, 2026 - Small business set-aside (including HUBZone, SDVOSB, EDWOSB) - No specific OEMs or named vendors are required; open to qualified exhibit fabricators and designers - All technical and scope details are provided in the Statement of Work and solicitation attachments
