The City of Thunder Bay is inviting qualified proponents to submit competitive offers for the provision of a conceptual design and design specifications for an aerobic Source Separated Organics (SSO) and Leaf and Yard Waste composting facility. The facility will be located at the City's Solid Waste Recycling Facility at 5405 Mapleward Rd, Thunder Bay, Ontario.
