The City of Santa Fe Parks, Trails, & Watershed division is seeking bids for on-call landscaping, irrigation, and snow removal services across city properties. - Government Buyer: - City of Santa Fe Parks, Trails, & Watershed - Scope of Services: - Vegetation management, landscape construction, irrigation installation and repair - Encampment clean-up, snow plowing and shoveling, ice control - Services cover parks, open spaces, trails, rights-of-way, medians, rivers, arroyos, drainages, and floodplains - Products and Activities Requested: - Mowing, weed eating, brush removal, clearing and grubbing - Tree removal (various sizes), stump grinding, chipping - Planting, seeding (by hand and hydroseed), re-vegetation, watering - Pruning, fertilization, spraying (pest management), turf aeration - Excavation, erosion control, stormwater best management practices, fine grading - Clean-up, green waste and debris disposal, port-a-potty rental - General and green waste tipping fees, discount on parts and materials - Unique/Notable Requirements: - No specific OEMs or vendors required; open to all qualified bidders - Contractors must provide all necessary licensing and insurance - Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is mandatory - Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder - Contract Term: - May range from 1 to 10 years, with possible annual renewals or extensions

Description

The City of Santa Fe is seeking bids to establish On-Call Price Agreements for vegetation management, landscape construction, irrigation installation and repair, encampment clean-up, snow plowing and shoveling, and ice control services throughout City parks, open spaces, trails, rights-of-way, medians, rivers, arroyos, drainages, and floodplains. The scope includes mowing, weed eating, brush removal, clearing and grubbing, tree removal, stump grinding, chipping, planting, seeding, re-vegetation, watering, pruning, fertilization, spraying, excavation, erosion control, stormwater BMPs, fine grading, clean-up, green waste or debris disposal, snow plowing, sidewalk shoveling, and ice control. The contract term may range from 1 to 10 years, and all work must comply with applicable laws, codes, and regulations. Bidders must provide required licensing and insurance documentation, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
