This opportunity is issued by the U.S. Air Force, Air Force Junior ROTC, seeking to enhance STEM and aerospace education through hands-on drone technology. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Junior ROTC - Products/Services Requested: - Competition Drone Bundle for intermediate-level UAS instruction - Bundle includes: drone, controller, three modules (passive, motorized, magnetic), high- and low-capacity batteries, extra propellers, USB cables, AC adapters, communication headset, and a welcome kit with team registration - Drone features: dual cameras, advanced sensor array, 5" touch screen controller, programmable coding (graphical blocks and Python), permanent propeller ducts for safety - All items must be brand new with OEM standard warranties; refurbished or used items are not allowed - Instructor Training - Comprehensive training for AFJROTC instructors on curriculum, building, coding, and flying the drones - Training must be provided with each delivery order and include all applicable lessons and materials - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Delivery is on-demand to multiple JROTC unit locations, with initiation within five working days of request - Warranty coverage must meet OEM standards and include full documentation and support prior to project acceptance - All products must be new and covered by OEM warranties - No specific OEMs, vendors, part numbers, or purchase quantities are specified in the documentation

Description

To support evolving educational initiatives and increase cadet exposure to emerging aerospace technologies, AFJROTC incorporates hands-on instructional tools that reinforce classroom learning through practical application. Educational unmanned aerial systems (UAS) platforms provide cadets exposure to aviation principles, coding, systems integration, automation concepts, teamwork, and technical problem solving within a structured learning environment aligned with AFJROTC aerospace and STEM objectives. 

Provide training to AFJROTC instructors on curriculum, building, coding, and flying of each classroom drone package. Training must include all applicable lessons and materiel to ensure AFJROTC Instructors are able to teach the materiel and curriculum. Training shall be provided with each delivery order for the location identified on the JROTC Unit List. 

Items must be brand new. Refurbished or used items are not authorized.
