This opportunity is for temporary tent rental and setup services to support a Change of Command ceremony aboard the USCGC WAESCHE, managed by the United States Coast Guard at Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA. - Government Buyer: - United States Coast Guard, SFLC Procurement Branch 2 - Location: Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of one temporary tent structure (48 ft x 86 ft) for use on a ship's flight deck - Complete setup and teardown services using non-penetrating securing methods suitable for a ship - Rental of 65 chairs for seating - Rental of 2 large fans for air circulation - Coordination for equipment and personnel transport, including possible use of Base Alameda's crane - Provision of clear plastic shielding for tents in case of inclement weather - All personnel must have government identification and access to Coast Guard Base Alameda - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Tent must be secured using non-penetrating methods appropriate for a ship's flight deck - Setup and takedown must occur after 1300 hours on specified days - Contractor must coordinate with the primary contact for logistics and access - All requirements are detailed in the attached Statement of Work

Description

The United States Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) WAESCHE requires temporary tent rental, including complete setup and teardown services, on the cutter's flight deck to support an upcoming Change of Command ceremony

Bidders will comply with Statement of Work request to include the following:

- Confirming with Primary Contact - Personnel Names involved with all aspects of transport/setup/disassembly of all rental equipment

- Coordinate with Primary Contact if  Base Alameda crane is needed to load equipment onboard NLT 03 JULY 2026

- Personnel must have government identification and ability to access Coast Guard Base Alameda

- In the case of inclement weather, provide clear plastic shielding for tents
