Junos OS Training Services for Ellsworth Air Force Base

The U.S. Air Force at Ellsworth Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to deliver in-person Junos Operating System (OS) training for up to 20 students. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command, 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB - OEM Highlight: - Juniper Networks is the OEM for the Junos OS platform (training is specific to Junos OS Release 22.1R1.10) - Vendors: - No specific vendors named; open to qualified small businesses - Products/Services Requested: - Four-day, in-person introductory Junos OS training course (Release 22.1R1.10) - Up to 20 students - Includes hands-on labs, student and lab guides, access to virtualized lab environments - 20 course evaluation tokens - Training certificates for all participants - Qualified instructor(s) with Junos certifications required - Customer support during training - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All training must be conducted in-person at Ellsworth AFB within 180 days of contract award - Contractor must provide all training materials, lab environments, and evaluation tokens - Instructor(s) must hold Junos certifications - 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) - Firm Fixed Price contract - No specific part numbers or hardware/software products are being procured; the focus is on training services for Junos OS.

Description

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA469026Q0026, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using RFO Part 12 procedures. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541519 with a size standard of $34,000,000. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.

All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Squadron Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have, and list, within the quote, the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management {SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement.
