PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, INSURANCE, BONDS, AND SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONVERSION OF B. 504 (LRC) WAREHOUSE TO OFFICE SPACE AT FORT BUCHANAN, PR.THIS IS A RENOVATION PROJECT THAT INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: DEMOLITION: ALUMINUM AND GLASS DOORS, FIXED FRAMES WITH GLASS, ALUMINUM WINDOWS, EXISTING METAL COILING DOORS, HOLLOW METAL DOOR AND FRAMES, EXISTING REFLECTING CEILING, GYPSUM BOARD WALLS, RESTROOM. RENOVATION: SEAL WINDOWS AND DOORS OPENINGS, NEW WOOD DOORS AND HOLLOW METAL FRAMES, NEW STORE FRONT COMMERCIAL HOLLOW METAL AND ALUMINUM- GLASS DOORS, INSTALL NEW SINGLE HUNG ALUMINUM AND GLASS WINDOWS, CONSTRUCTION OF NEW DRYWALLS/ CEMENT BOARD, CONSTRUCTION OF NEW ACOUSTICAL CEILING, CONSTRUCTION OF NEW RESTROOMS (MALE AND FEMALE).
