Description

The purpose of this requirement is to provide technical Project Management (PM), Systems Engineering (SE) and Configuration Management (CM), acquisition, data management, and budget execution support for SCMS TPMS. This includes providing technical support throughout the initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing phases of projects in addition to providing data management support for the Division planning, performance, reporting, data analytics, metrics, and best practices that can be repeatedly executed with high levels of success. This requirement directly supports multiple major defense acquisition programs, other acquisition category designations, and other defense weapons systems to include, but not be limited to, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Airborne Strategic Command, Control, and Communications Program Office (PMA-271) E-6B aircraft; NAVAIR V-22 Joint Program Office; Unified Command Suites, Joint Light Tactical Vehicles; Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles; Family of Heavy Tactical Vehicles; and C5ISR systems in support of Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control.
