Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. ​Quotations​ are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number ​123A94Q0021​ is issued as a ​Request for Quotations for preventative maintenance and repairs on Agilent GCMS Triple Quad Systems.​ The FSIS Western Laboratory performs regulatory testing of meat, poultry, egg products, and Siluriformes for the presence of chemical contaminants (drugs, pesticides, and environmental contaminants).The objective of this requirement is to ensure that all instruments are repaired in a timely manner and fully operational to maintain required sample throughput and turnaround time for sample results. The contractor shall provide all labor, travel, and materials including Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts to maintain the systems identified in the Statement of Work (SOW).

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is ​811210 Electronic and Precisions Equipment Repair and Maintenance.​  The small business size standard is $34M.​  This acquisition is ​an unrestricted requirement.​  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
