FEMA is seeking to procure accessible bath and shower items for Transportable Temporary Housing Units (TTHUs) to support disaster survivors, including individuals with disabilities. - Government Buyer: - Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Homeland Security - Support Services Branch and Field Operations Branch - OEMs and Vendors: - Best Bath Intelligent Designs is referenced as the OEM for several shower models ("or equal" accepted) - Products Requested: - Multi-piece barrier-free showers: - 36" x 36" x 80 1/8" with beveled threshold and 5/8" curb height (Best Bath model 4LBS3636B5B or equal) - 60" x 30" x 80 1/4" with beveled threshold and 1/2" curb height (Best Bath model 5LBS6030E75B or equal) - Roll-in showers (models as above) - Accessory packages for 36" and 60" showers with valve packages - T-shaped water stopper kits - ADA-compliant stainless steel safety/grab bars (12", 18", 24", 48") - Padded shower seats with legs (fold-down, 900 lbs. load capacity, meets Fed Spec. WW-P-541/8b, ANSI A117.1, ADA 2010) - Shipping to FEMA's designated storage site - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All items must be new, in original packaging - Compliance with UFAS/ABAAS accessibility standards, fire and safety regulations - Delivery required within 30 days of order - Products must be suitable for individuals with disabilities - Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five-year ordering period (base year plus four option years) - Firm fixed pricing inclusive of equipment and shipping

Amendment 3

The purpose of this Amenment 3 is to provide a revised Combined/Synoposis Solicitation Notice with revised question and quote submission dates.

Amendment 1

The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to provide an updated version of RFQ No. 70FB8026Q00000022-Attachment 4 -Pricing Template.  

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is authorized under Section 408 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5174), as amended, to provide Direct Assistance to eligible disaster survivors. As part of its emergency response mission, FEMA provides standard household bath and shower items which are required in each Transportable Temporary Housing Units (TTHUs) to support displaced individuals with disabilities. These resources ensure the Logistics Operations Division can maintain a Ready for Deployment stock of Manufacture Housing Units (MHUs) in support of Individual's Assistance Direct Housing Program.
