The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Special Reclamation (WVDEP-OSR) to establish an open-end contract to supply, transport and deliver Caustic Soda (Sodium Hydroxide) to various Special Reclamation job sites in the Southern and Southwest regions of the State of West Virginia per the attached specifications and terms and conditions.
