Description

The West Travis County Public Utility Agency is accepting bids for sludge transportation and disposal services. The contract will establish prices for the period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Services include transportation and disposal of liquid and/or dewatered municipal water and wastewater treatment plant sludge at a Texas Commission on Environmental Quality permitted location. Bids must be submitted as sealed bids by July 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. CST. The agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract to the best value bidder.
