Description

The City of Garland is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the Forest Lane Median Improvements project. The scope includes demolition, grading, traffic control, stormwater compliance, installation of curbs, paving (decorative concrete, pavers, stone), irrigation, electrical and lighting, signage, and landscaping along Forest Lane from the western city limit at Plano Road to the median where W. Avenue B and Forest Lane diverge. The project requires payment and performance bonds, and the City will award the contract to the vendor submitting the most advantageous offer considering price and other evaluation factors. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on May 28, 2026.
