Description

The City of Marianna is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced realtors to provide Realtor Services. The work will be performed according to the Scope of Work outlined in Exhibit 2. All contractors and staff must be licensed, certified, or authorized to broker real estate in Florida, and proposals must include proof of licensure. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on July 9, 2026, and will be opened publicly at the City of Marianna City Commission Chambers. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
