Description
Napa County has received funding through Caltrans’ Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) grant to improve intersections at Silverado Trail with Oak Knoll Avenue and Zinfandel Lane. The project includes installation of a southbound right turn lane, roadway widening, tree removal, grading, drainage, paving, tree planting, irrigation, thermoplastic striping, and streetlight installation at Oak Knoll Avenue. At Zinfandel Lane, improvements include updated striping, bike lane enhancements, and streetlight installation. The project also includes 2 years of post-construction maintenance and monitoring for irrigation.
