Description

The City of Quinte West and the City of Belleville seek contracts for the provision of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for curbside collection and haulage of solid waste and organic waste from residential and various Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional properties within specified collection areas. The contracts include disposal of solid waste at the respondent's or stipulated site and delivery and processing of organic waste to an approved organics processing site. Services under this contract will commence on August 1, 2027. Hazardous waste services are excluded and will be solicited separately by the City of Belleville.
