The Department of Veterans Affairs, G.V. "Sonny" Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS, is seeking a contractor for comprehensive kitchen vent hood and exhaust system cleaning services. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs - Central Arkansas Veterans HCS - Chief, A&M (90C/NLR) - Scope of Services: - Monthly cleaning of canteen kitchen hood systems, bistro hood systems, bistro dishwashing hood, nutrition & food service kitchen hood systems, oven exhaust systems, and all exhaust air ducts leading to exterior discharge points - Quarterly cleaning of approximately 32 stainless steel baffle filters - Cleaning and disinfecting of floors and walls in designated food service areas - Services to be performed between 3:00 p.m. Friday and 12:00 midnight Sunday - Contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and approved cleaning agents - Contract Details: - Firm-fixed-price contract - 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) - Base period of one year with four one-year option periods (potential total of five years) - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are referenced; the procurement is for professional cleaning services rather than equipment purchase.
