Delta Community Developers Corp. (DCDC) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed General Contractors to complete the adaptive reuse of an existing medical office building located at 645 W. Harding Way, Stockton, CA 95204 into a supportive housing development known as Edison House. The project will convert the existing structure into a 34 studio unit apartment complex. There is a non-mandatory jobsite visit scheduled for June 15, 2026, and proposals must be submitted by July 17, 2026. DCDC encourages participation by certified HUD Section 3 businesses, minority-owned and women-owned businesses, and disabled veteran business enterprises.
