Description

This solicitation is an Invitation to Bid for the rehabilitation of Taxiway H at Hagerstown Regional Airport. The project includes maintenance and protection of traffic, project survey and stakeout, contractor quality control, mobilization, cold milling, full-depth pavement removal and replacement, crack sealing, asphalt mix pavement surface course, emulsified asphalt tack coat, joint sealing, pavement marking removal and installation, site locating and duct tracing, demolition of cable, installation of electrical components, seeding, and mulching. Bidders are required to submit Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Bond. The project requires adherence to a Construction Safety and Phasing Plan and coordination with airport operations.
