SaskEnergy is seeking a consultant with expertise in emergency response exercises to assist with the design, project management, and execution of functional and full-scale natural gas transmission pipeline emergency response exercises. These exercises, conducted annually between 2026 and 2028, focus on responding to natural gas pipeline interruptions, establishing incident command, and controlling gas flow. The consultant will lead the exercises, report to the Emergency Management Specialist, and collaborate with subject matter experts within SaskEnergy. Deliverables include exercise plans, tabletop exercises, handbooks, evaluation forms, and post-exercise reports.
