Page 1 of 3 This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes.  Solicitation, 36C24626Q0613, will be issued on or about 10 June 2026.The Fayetteville VAMC has a requirement for a The Contractor shall provide full-service Parking Attendant and Shuttle Operations to improve access, reduce congestion, and ensure safe transportation for Veterans at the following locations: Fayetteville Health Care Center (HCC), Fayetteville VA Medical Center (VAMC), and Wilmington Health Care Center (HCC). Provide seamless valet-style parking and shuttle transportation with continuous coverage during required hours. Performance Standards (Embedded): Operations available 100 percent of scheduled hours. No Veteran waits more than 5 minutes for parking assistance or shuttle boarding. Contractor staff greet all Veterans courteously upon approach.
