Myers, Lee County, Florida - Scope of Work: - Design/build services for a new educational facility - Facility will be 4-6 stories, up to 125,250 square feet - Spaces to include: academic, arts, laboratories, classrooms, professional development, and event areas - Emphasis on sustainability and resiliency in design and construction - Requirements: - Experience in nonresidential and school building construction - Expertise in project management, civil and architectural engineering, and building construction management - Proposals must include both technical and fee/cost components - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Notable Details: - Project is guided by relevant UNSPSC codes for construction and engineering services - Supporting documentation and design criteria are provided for reference
