Description
This funding opportunity will fund three entities to provide HIV training and technical assistance to Tribes, Tribal organizations, and Urban Indian organizations. The goal is to build organizational and workforce capacity to implement sustainable, system-level improvements to identify undiagnosed individuals with HIV, increase linkage and re-engagement in HIV care, and improve viral suppression. The program is administered by the Health Resources and Services Administration and is in collaboration with the HHS Indian Health Service. The funding supports efforts to address barriers to HIV prevention, care, and treatment among American Indian and Alaska Native populations.
