Description

The City of Calgary is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide multi-disciplinary consulting services for the Water Quality Improvement Initiative. The project focuses on improving chlorine residual management and overall water quality in the potable water system through assessment, modelling, and decision support. The work includes reviewing industry best practices, developing and validating a system-wide water quality model, and assessing current system performance to identify improvement options. This assignment does not include detailed design, construction, or implementation. Proponents may respond to one or both work packages, with contract awards determined independently for each.
