Description

The Town of Banff intends to replace its SCBA fleet in 2026 and establish a contract framework for ongoing accessories, replacement components, inspections, testing, maintenance, repairs, warranty support, and related lifecycle support during the contract term. The Town is seeking a compliant, operationally suitable, and serviceable solution that can be implemented with minimal disruption to operations and that provides best overall value over the lifecycle of the equipment. Proposals must be submitted by July 15, 2026, and the contract delivery period is from July 30, 2026, to December 31, 2029. The procurement is conducted through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
