Gaston County Department of Health & Human Services-Social Services Division (DHHS) is seeking a full service 5K event management company to manage various aspects of the event including venue coordination, permitting, registration platform management, participant communications, event promotion, fundraising administration, packet pickup, volunteer coordination, race timing, racecourse design, hydration stations, event operations planning, and event day management.
