OSPI intends to award a sole source contract to the Washington School Principals Education Foundation (AWSP) to support statewide implementation of the Teacher and Principal Evaluation Program (TPEP). AWSP will provide professional development for superintendents, principal evaluators, and principals, including training for evaluators and a principal mentoring program to strengthen TPEP.
