The New York State Office of Victim Services (OVS) is seeking proposals for a facility to host the 2027 Statewide Victim Services Provider Conference. - Government Buyer: - New York State Office of Victim Services (OVS), Training and Outreach Division - Facility Requirements: - Must be located in one of the following New York counties: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rensselaer, Rockland, Ulster, or Westchester - Must be within 20 miles of a public transportation hub (airport, Amtrak station, or regional bus station) - Must accommodate approximately 400 attendees - Must provide meeting space, breakout rooms, registration and hospitality areas - Must offer lodging accommodations, including ADA-compliant rooms - Must provide food and beverage services per menu requirements - Must supply audio/visual equipment and technical support - Accessibility accommodations are required throughout the facility - Subcontracting: - Facilities may subcontract with adjacent venues for meeting space or lodging if needed - Third-party services cannot be used for proposal submission - Proposal Requirements: - Proposals must include administrative, technical, and cost components - Evaluation based on completeness, suitability, and cost - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - No set-aside goals for MWBE, SDVOB, or DBE participation - Contract covers planning and execution of the conference during one of four possible three-day periods in August

Description

The New York State Office of Victim Services (OVS) is seeking a facility to host its Statewide Victim Services Provider Conference and conference attendees during one of four specified three-consecutive weekday periods in August 2027. The facility must be located in one of the specified counties in New York and within 20 miles of a public transportation hub such as an airport, Amtrak train station, or regional bus station. Facilities may subcontract with adjacent facilities for meeting space or rooms if necessary, but third-party services cannot be used to submit proposals. The contract term is from June 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027.
