Description

The University at Buffalo intends to purchase Paint Supplies and Accessories from a contract awarded by Sourcewell pursuant to its authority under section 163 (3) (vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price.
