The City of Atlanta Department of Aviation is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive curbside management services at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. - Scope includes management and oversight of all commercial ground transportation operations: - Taxis, limousines, shared ride shuttles, hotel shuttles, off-airport parking shuttles, charter buses, rideshare companies, and the ConnectATL Shuttle Service - Required services: - Customer service, traffic control, revenue collection, permitting, dispatching, operational support, and management of ground transportation loading areas - Coverage at both Domestic and International Terminals and the Rental Car Center - Vendors must demonstrate: - Experience managing high-volume transportation operations - Ability to provide 24/7/365 staffing and real-time coordination - Compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including ADA - Capability to implement or integrate technology systems for vehicle tracking, permitting, dispatching, and revenue collection - Additional requirements: - Maintain detailed personnel records - Comply with the Airport Service Contractor Worker Retention Program - Ensure safe and sanitary working conditions - Report on wages and benefits - Subcontracting allowed for certain activities, with competitive bidding and inclusion of certified minority and female-owned businesses - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Aviation, is initiating a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process to procure qualified vendors for curbside management services at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The services include management and oversight of taxis, limousines, shuttles, rideshare services, and related customer service, traffic control, revenue collection, permitting, dispatching, and operational support. Vendors will be evaluated on experience managing high-volume curbside or transportation operations, ability to support 24/7/365 staffing, safety and regulatory compliance, and technology integration capabilities.
