This opportunity is for the replacement of the Building 65 air compressor system at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, managed by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL/RAVZ). - Industry Day event is being held to discuss project requirements and site access - Scope includes: - Removal and disposal of two Ingersoll Rand Nirvana air compressors (Model IRN100H-CC), one Ingersoll Rand air dryer (Model TS11A), and one Zeks air dryer (Model 800HSFA400) - Installation of two new oil-free rotary screw air compressors (minimum 400 CFM at 125 psig each) - Installation of two new air-cooled air dryers (minimum 490 CFM each) - Installation of a compatible prefilter system - Installation of a control system with Modbus communication - Phased installation to ensure continuous plant air; any shutdowns must not exceed four hours and must be scheduled in advance - Comprehensive training for up to three government employees (up to four hours) - No specific OEMs for the new equipment are mandated, but Ingersoll Rand and Zeks are the brands of the existing equipment - Project completion is required by May 20, 2026 - Interested vendors must RSVP for Industry Day and request base passes if needed - Detailed technical requirements are in the Statement of Work (SOW) - Commercial opportunities exist for manufacturers and integrators of industrial air compressors, air dryers, and related systems
