Orange County is seeking to establish a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for Architect-Engineer (A-E) and related land surveying services to support county and flood control district projects. - Government Buyer: - County of Orange, OC Public Works, Procurement and Contract Services - Scope of Services: - Professional land surveying services on an as-needed, task order basis - Services include: records research, control surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, right-of-way services, hydrographic surveys, GNSS surveys, terrestrial laser scanning, ALTA surveys, mobile LiDAR, unmanned aerial surveys, GIS/BIM services, digital twin services, boundary surveys, utility services, consulting, training, and more - Contract Details: - Three-year contract term - Multiple awards possible; no guaranteed minimum work volume - Task orders issued as needed for maintenance and capital projects - Requirements: - Respondents must hold a valid California Land Surveyor License or a pre-1982 Registered Civil Engineer License - Minimum experience and licensing requirements apply - All submissions must be made electronically - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to all qualified firms meeting licensing requirements

Description

This solicitation is for the pre-qualification of firms to provide land surveying services under task orders. The contracts awarded will have a term of three years, and the County reserves the right to make multiple awards. Respondents must submit their Statement of Qualifications electronically via the County’s eProcurement Portal and must possess a valid Licensed Land Surveyor license or a pre-January 1, 1982, Registered Civil Engineer license in California. The project is funded by the County of Orange and the Flood Control District and managed through the County’s OpenGov portal.
