DeCA’s mission is to deliver a vital benefit of the military pay system that sells grocery items at significant savings while enhancing quality of life and readiness. As a result of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026, which requires DeCA to perform price comparisons throughout its stores to ensure that the baseline of savings, decided by the Secretary of Defense, is being met. These services will be provided by qualified contractors in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and with contract terms and conditions.
