Description
The Regional Contracting office Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation to provide Repair and Maintenance Work of Electro-Acoustic Emergency Warning Systems (ELA Systems) within USAG Ansbach to provide services for the safety of the community members in case of emergency such as e.g. fire. When emergency occurs or when very important information needs to be transmitted, these warning systems send sound signals to the occupants.
A contract with Firm-Fixed price, labor hour and cost reimbursable CLINs will be awarded. The Government anticipates posting the solicitation to the SAM.gov website in July 2026.
All Amendments to this notice will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy.
This pre-solicitation is for a non-personal services contract to provide Repair and Maintenance Work of Electro-Acoustic Emergency Warning Systems (ELA Systems).
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the Maintenance and Repairs of Warning systems within USAG Ansbach. The Contractor shall perform to the standards and acceptable quality levels identified in this PWS and associated contract documents.
