CSOSA's Office of Procurement is seeking a one-time, bulk supply of ISCU drug testing materials for two Washington, DC facilities: - Government Buyer: - Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), Office of Administration, Office of Procurement - Products Requested (no specific OEMs or brands specified): - Specimen collection cups (total: 285 cases) - Specimen security strips (total: 160 packets) - Examination gloves (Small: 10 cases, Medium: 10 cases, Large: 40 cases, X-Large: 70 cases) - Disinfectant wipes (total: 115 cases) - Disinfectant spray (total: 62 cases) - Hand sanitizer (total: 28 cases, 1-gallon bottles) - Thermal barcode labels (total: 27 cases, 2.25" x 1.25") - Quantities are split between two delivery locations, with all items requiring inside delivery during business hours - No substitutions or alternate quantities permitted; all items must be delivered within 45 days of contract award - Notable Requirements: - Total small business set-aside under NAICS 423450 - Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract - All deliveries must be completed in a single shipment per location - Compliance with commercial product acquisition procedures - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated, but products must meet the described specifications

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quotation (RFQ) that will be issued. A paper RFQ will not be issued.

This is an OPEN-MARKET Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ. This RFQ is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for RFQ, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective 03/13/2026. A Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is not applicable to this procurement.

This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE RFQ, and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450, Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers. The Small Business Size Standard is 200 employees.

A responsible quoter is one whose quotation conforms to the RFQ and will be most advantageous to the Government.
