The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) CDER Office of Pharmaceutical Quality Research (OPQR) is seeking a specialized equipment and service solution for its continuous powder feeder system. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), CDER Acquisition Branch, Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services (OAGS) - OEM Highlight: - Coperion Process Solutions, LLC is the sole-source Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all requested products and services - Products and Equipment Requested: - Portable control stand for Coperion K-Tron KCM/K-Vision system - Stainless steel construction with casters and brakes - Supports six KCMs (five active, one spare) and one K-Vision operator interface - Includes all necessary cables (minimum 25 ft, quick disconnects), power supplies, and wiring - All hardware and materials for on-site installation - One-year parts and labor warranty - Services Requested: - Delivery, on-site installation, commissioning, and qualification of the portable control stand and integration with five existing Coperion K-Tron continuous powder feeders (three QT20, one KT20, one MT12) - Operator training and provision of updated qualification documents and manuals - Packaging, delivery, and disposal of packaging materials - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Stand must enable electronic communication between KCMs and K-Vision - Integration with existing Coperion K-Tron feeders is required - Sole-source justification: Only Coperion Process Solutions, LLC is considered capable of meeting the technical and integration requirements

A determination has been made by the Contracting Officer that competition to the maximum extent practicable is not feasible because only one source is reasonably available, consistent with RFO 12.201-1(c) and RFO 13.101(b). The intended award is single-source to Coperion Process Solutions, LLC, as the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
