Procurement of Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapping Machines1.0 Project Title and ScopeThis Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for the purchase and delivery of three (3) semi-automatic stretch wrapping machines for use at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico 00934, Buildings 613 and 522. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to deliver the machines to these locations.2.0 Technical SpecificationsEach semi-automatic stretch wrapping machine shall meet or exceed the following minimum requirements:Wrap Height: Capable of wrapping loads up to 80 inches in heightTurntable: - Low profile: Minimum 60-inch diameter, 12 RPM - High profile: Minimum 48 x 48 inch octagonal, 12 RPM - Must support loads up to 4,000 pounds - Drive: Chain and sprocket drive system for maximum reliability and durability. V-belt drive systems are acceptable.Motors: - AC drive motors for turntable and carriage. User manuals and documentation are provided for each machineFinal inspection and sign-off by the Contracting Officers Representative (COR)6.0 WarrantyThe contractor shall provide a minimum one (1) year warranty on all materials, equipment, and workmanship, effective from the date of Government acceptance.
