Description

The North East Texas Workforce Development Board is soliciting proposals for Human Resources consulting and support services on a per hour basis. The selected organization will provide neutral, third-party objective, general human resources guidance and direction to a tax-exempt organization overseeing workforce centers in a nine-county area of Northeast Texas. The scope includes auditing personnel files, advising on compensation benchmarking, updating job descriptions, revising performance evaluation documents, reviewing and updating the employee handbook, developing onboarding processes, and providing training to supervisory and HR personnel.
