The Indian Health Service (IHS), Bemidji Sub-Area, is seeking to contract Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist services for the Red Lake Service Unit in Minnesota. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS), Red Lake Service Unit, Bemidji Sub-Area - Contact: Mary Simon - Services Requested: - Dental Assistant services - Up to 2 dental assistants per period - Each assistant: 2,080 hours annually - Duties: clinical support, instrument sterilization, radiographs, infection control, patient education - Dental Hygienist services - 1 dental hygienist per period - 2,080 hours annually - Duties: oral prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, oral health assessments, radiograph interpretation, preventive care, patient education - Unique Requirements: - Set aside for 100% Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) certified vendors - IEE Certification form required with proposals - Candidates must have accredited program graduation, certifications, and clinical experience - Cultural competency preferred - Services provided Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM CST, excluding federal holidays - Contract Structure: - Firm Fixed Price contract - Base year plus four one-year option periods - No products or OEMs are specified; only professional dental staffing services are sought.

Description

Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist Services for the Red Lake Service Unit. This will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price, Base plus 4 One Year Options. 

This is set aside for 100% Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE). IEE Certification form must be included.
