The U.S. Air Force at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base is seeking contractors to deliver a turnkey communications and audio-visual infrastructure solution for Building 1040, rooms 174a and 174b. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Will Rogers Air National Guard Base - OEMs and Vendors: - Dell (for monitors) - Products/Services Requested: - 42 Dell U3219Q 4K (32") monitors (part number: Dell U3219Q) - 2 Audio-Visual control systems (housed in securable server racks, connecting at least 20 workstation monitors, 1 control station, and a curved LED video wall with minimum 4 inputs per room) - 2 Curved LED video walls (minimum 4 inputs per room) - Local network infrastructure cabling (Cat6 and duplex fiber cabling for 42 workstations, with floor-mounted drops supporting 2 ethernet ports and 2 duplex single mode LC/APC fiber ports per station) - Services: - Survey of Tactical Training Center - Engineering and design of local network infrastructure - Installation, testing, and 3-year sustainment of all equipment and infrastructure, with possible extension - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Turnkey solution covering engineering, design, procurement, installation, testing, and sustainment - All work to be performed Monday through Friday, 0800-1700, excluding U.S. holidays and government closures - Contractor must provide documentation and test results for all installed systems

Description

The 137th SOW is seeking contractors that can quickly design, procure, and install communication infrastructure that will include but not limited to network cables, switches, audio-visual control systems, monitors, and fiber to name a few. If your company can design an network infrastrastructure and test/install all designed equipment please provide your companies capabilities statement.
