The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Aircraft Certification Service (AIR-900) and Flight Standards Service (AFB-500), is issuing this Market Survey / Request for Information (RFI) to solicit statements of interest, and company capabilities from vendors capable of delivering a comprehensive, outcome-based, and ethical investigative interviewing course.
The training must utilize the Plan and Preparation, Engage and Explain, Account - Clarification and Challenge, Closure and Evaluation (P.E.A.C.E.) Model.
This market survey is being conducted in accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.1.2.1. The information gathered will be used for market research and acquisition planning purposes to determine the optimal procurement strategy, including the potential for small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, or socially/economically disadvantaged business set-asides.
